Return & Warranty

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in the original SVEA packaging with all documentation included.

Email us at info@sveaatelier.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send a prepaid return label and instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Every SVEA watch is covered by a 2-year international warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, water damage beyond the stated resistance, or unauthorised repairs.

Contact us at info@sveaatelier.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will assess the claim and, where covered, repair or replace your timepiece free of charge.
