How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our atelier in Skåne, Sweden. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within Europe and 5–10 business days for international orders.
Are SVEA watches water resistant?
Every SVEA timepiece is water resistant to 5 ATM (50 metres) — suitable for handwashing and rain, but not for swimming or diving.
What movement powers the watches?
Our watches use high-grade Swiss quartz movements, assembled and calibrated by hand at the SVEA atelier.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also use our Tracking page with your order number and email address.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes — every order arrives in our signature SVEA presentation box at no additional cost.
How should I care for my watch?
Wipe the case and crystal with a soft, dry cloth. Keep the leather strap away from water and store your watch out of direct sunlight when not worn.
